Fruits and vegetables are not included in the list of my favorite foods. I’d rather eat meat for my meals and some chips for a snack. A friend probably noticed this and approached me in the office during lunch time. She said that she may not be a health professional like jenny craig but she knows a lot about eating good food. She used to be an obese who loves eating foods that are high in cholesterol. When she turn to being vegetarian, she became slimmer and gained a boost in her self confidence.
