I’ve been working at home for some time now and it has become a little bit boring for me. Because of this, I have decided to redesign my workplace to make it more pleasing and comfortable place to work in. I bought ergonomic ergonomic kneeling chair, painted my walls, hanged a few pictures on my wall and even used a few artificial plants to add colors to my room and make it look more alive.

I hope this little move will make me more enthusiastic in working at home and make me forget about missing working for a company and partying with officemates.

The work force or employees of a company are the most important assets of businesses. This is why they should be really taken care of and both management and employees always meet halfway when it comes to compensation. The government also have laws and provisions that protect employees. Aside from compensations, bonuses and other incentives, all employees should have social security benefits. In case something bad happens to an employee, social security benefits will make sure that they can always cope up.

Without employees or man power, it will be hard for businesses to grow and succeed in their respective industries. This is why they should be kept happy and contented in working for your business.

I am currently in the middle of reading a finance book and I am hoping that it can teach me how to manage my personal finances better. So far I have learned a few useful tips that could help me minimize my expenses and increase my savings. My goal is that me and my wife could quit our jobs earlier and retire at a younger age. This is called financial freedom. A person can work only because he wants to and not because he has too. Maybe by following the finance book that I am currently reading, I might also find my way to financial freedom.

After five years of successful business, we are planning to expand our operations and market. This goal is expected to be achieved through a business loan granted by a well known financial company. We have submitted our loan application and we are confident that a loan will be granted to us. We have a good credit standing and I am pretty sure that our ratings in business credit reports are about average.

From humble beginnings, we feel that we are now at a stage where we are about become something big.

An article related to investing in timeshares caught my interest and it made me consider trying it out. It was said that this is a great investment for people who loves to travel and visit the same places over and over again. Currently, I am looking for good “buy and sell my timeshare” websites where I can learn some more about the idea and also find good properties listed for sale.

Like any other investments, I am not looking to rush trying out timeshares. I will take my time researching and studying the how the every process of timeshares works.
